Warranty Information and refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated (within this document or within an advertisement) each product sold by Sleepco comes with a 12 month replace or repair warranty. 

Replace or repair warranty means if the product is found to be defective by both parties (Sleepco and by the customer) by way of manufacturing fault, the customer will receive a replacement, a full or a partial refund of the amount paid dependent on the circumstances.

A partial refund may be offered for example if a CPAP mask is faulty (and is deemed faulty by both parties) but has been used for 2 months. 

With medical equipment that is used at night time, some investigation may be required to determine the nature of the products fault. Therefore, both parties may agree to a full or partial refund based on the circumstances. For example, a customer may roll over at night time without knowing and snap part of the mask. It is unlikely that the customer will receive a refund for such a situation, however, Sleepco will investigate the nature of the incident and the customer may still receive a partial refund if a structural fault has been discovered by Sleepco. 

In the event either party (the customer or Sleepco) do not agree on the proposed circumstances of a refund, Sleepco is obliged to seek advice from the vendor. Vendors and manufacturers often have their own refund protocol and therefore the customer may request that the refund be escalated to the vendor. In this instance, Sleepco will facilitate your request with the manufacturer or vendor.
