If a product is found to be defective by both parties (Sleepco and the customer) due to a manufacturing fault, the customer may be eligible for a replacement, full or partial refund of the amount paid, depending on the circumstances.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be offered in situations where a product has been used for a period of time before a fault is reported. For example, if a CPAP mask is faulty and has been used for 2 months, a partial refund may be offered to reflect the reduced value of the product.
In cases where medical equipment is used at night, some investigation may be required to determine the nature of the product's fault. Both parties may agree to a full or partial refund based on the circumstances. If a customer accidentally damages a product, such as rolling over and breaking a mask, Sleepco will investigate the incident and may offer a partial refund if a structural fault is discovered.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or environmental factors beyond normal operating conditions.
Standard Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Failure to follow manufacturer's instructions
- Use of the product for purposes other than intended
