Bond for Hiring CPAP, Mask & Accessories

Bond Payment

Please use this page to pay the bond for your hire. Two options are available depending on your situation.

Option 1 — Full Bond (Recommended)

» Bond amount equals the full value of the hired item.
» No paperwork required.
» If you choose to keep the device, your hire cost will be refunded instead.

Full bond is mandatory for all international customers.

Option 2 — Partial Bond ($500)

» $500 bond payment required.
» Signed Bond Agreement required.
» 1 form of New Zealand Government-issued ID (Driver Licence or Passport).
» 2 forms of current Proof of Address dated within the last 2 months.
» Accepted documents: utility bill, tenancy agreement, insurance document, or mortgage statement — must show your full name and full address.

Note: Credit card payments are accepted online, however a 2.5%–3.5% surcharge applies and will be deducted from your bond refund. Bank transfer is recommended to avoid this fee.
