Comes with Sleepco travel adapter - allows a variety of voltage outputs for your machine (usually 24V) and as an added bonus, you can use this to power your CPAP and other devices using your cars lighter output. 

Runtime will be reduced on larger devices, high output settings or any CPAP running a humidifier. If possible, it is recommended to turn humidifier to OFF when using external power source.
