To Hire this PAP device:

1. Select which mask(s) and size and any additional accessories you require. Weekly charge for the selected items will be displayed.

3. Order and pay for your CPAP Hire.
4. Bond must be paid as per below before your equipment can be leased

• Hirer pays full bond equal to that of the items value. 
• No paperwork
• Allows you to keep device and have your hire cost refunded to you

💰 Partial Bond Option: $500 

• Bond of $500 is required
• 1 Form of New Zealand GOVT ID is required (NZDL or Passport)
• 2 Forms of current Proof of Address. 
  • Utility bills, Tenancy agreement, Insurance documents, Mortgage statement 
  • Must show Full Name, Full Address and be dated within 2 months

• The vendor (Sleepco) may assist in pre-setting your machine if requested. 
• The device that you will use may not be a new machine or a new mask. These items have been disinfected and cleaned using chlorhexidine and O3 gas and are safe for use.

Damages, Loss and Purchase:
Any damages or property loss incurred during your possession will be taken from your bond.
