• Weekly hire rates are displayed on each product
• If you're new to PAP therapy, a full size PAP device is recommend, as opposed to a travel CPAP
• If you're visiting New Zealand or traveling abroad, a travel CPAP such as the M1 Mini or AirMini is recommended
• With any PAP device hire, an AC adapter and tubing is included. Please add your desired mask
• On the PAP device hire page, please make a selection from the drop-down questions. For example "Have you used PAP therapy before?"

Select Mask(s) and optional Accessories:

• Select a suitable CPAP mask (nasal, full face, or nasal pillows)
• Choose your mask size (sizing guides available on product pages)
• Add any optional accessories like silencer kit or travel adapters
• A travel bag will be included with your hire

Before Adding to Cart:

• Check the total weekly cost including all accessories
• Review the minimum hire period (typically 2 weeks)
• Consider if you need a battery or plug converter for the relevant region
• Add all required items to your cart before proceeding

Full Bond Option (Recommended):

• Equal to device's full value
• No additional paperwork required
• Allows option to keep device with hire cost refunded
• Fastest way to get your equipment


• Required for international customers

Partial Bond Option ($500):

• Requires NZ government ID (Driver's License or Passport)
• Two current proof of address documents (within 2 months)
• Additional paperwork required
• Processing time may be longer

Once you have added your hire items, accessories and your chosen bond method to the cart, you are ready to proceed to checkout and book your hire.

• Complete checkout for both hire and bond together
• Credit card payments incur a small surcharge between 2.5% and 3.3% depeding on your credit card provider
• Bank transfer available for bond payment to avoid surcharge

• Contact us at least 3 days before return date for extensions
• Use NZ Post Courier Service or equivalent for returns
• Ensure courier provides compensation for items over $250
• Late returns incur additional daily fees
• Equipment must be returned clean and in good working order
• All original accessories must be included
