This chinstrap keeps my lower jaw from dropping down during CPAP therapy. Since I lost some front teeth that’s been an issue. However, the material it’s made from does not breathe and gets wet underneath it. It’s stuck to my face in the mornings. I will need to find a breathable strap.
This definitely helps keep my mouth closed more when I am asleep and I can wear it under my cpap mask.
